Ulla’s comprehensive and competent advice led me to change my diet and since then I have been very careful about what I eat and in what composition. I also make sure that I exercise regularly and do healthy sport. Ulla’s blood analysis was also very valuable for me, as no doctor has ever been able to explain everything to me like she did. I came to Ulla with sudden pain associated with menstruation. Together we made a plan with a focus on diet, exercise, rest/rest, sleep, vitamins/supplements and activities that had a positive influence on my everyday life. The plan was clearly structured and easy to implement with the help of a weekly schedule. I have not got rid of the pain yet, but I continue to focus on the things I have talked to Ulla about and am aware that it is a process where it may take longer before you see a major development.
